Mr. Carley has been associated with Lane Sash & Larrabee LLP since May 2003, initially as a legal assistant. Following his graduation from Pace University School of Law in May 2004, Mr. Carley joined the firm as an associate. During his time with the firm, Mr. Carley has assisted in a variety of commercial and civil litigation matters, including employment law, Internet law, copyright and trademark law, uniform commercial code, general contract disputes and many other types of commercial and civil disputes. Recent areas of increased specialization include legal issues related to the Internet. Mr. Carley practices in both state and federal courts, and in various other forums.
During law school, Mr. Carley served as the
Editor-in-Chief of the Pace Environmental Law Review, while
simultaneously earning a Certificate in International Law. Mr. Carley
is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar
Association.
