Ms. Sash began her legal career at the Law Department of the City of New York. She subsequently worked as a litigation lawyer in private practice at the New York firms of Solomon, Zauderer, Ellenhorn, Frischer & Sharp and Squadron Ellenoff Plesent & Sheinfeld LLP. She has represented major corporate and individual clients in complex and high profile litigation, and is experienced in many areas of the law, including securities litigation and arbitration, white-collar criminal defense, copyright and trademark, First Amendment, antitrust, employment arbitration, and many other types of commercial and civil disputes.  She practices in both state and federal courts and in other forums.
